Baby Animal days at the Logan Heritage Farm.

Last Saturday Matt & Alice, Dad & I, and Jared & Sativa went down to Logan to the Logan Heritage Farm Center. Chet & Stacy take the boys down there and help her parents work in their booth. The Ashby's also put on old west shows on the street of the little town. They have fake shoot outs and robberies and such. We have been going to go down and see what they do for quite a few years so this year we decided to go. BAD IDEA! well it wasn’t that bad but the weather was horrible. Everyone was sloshing around in 4” deep mud and mud puddles. Most of the venders and baby animals had all ready went home, it was cold and there was a mile long line to see the baby bears, which is what I wanted to see. We stood in line for quite a while until I told Grant that I would get out of the line to see the cubs if he would take me to bear world this spring. He thought about it for about a minute and said done, so I gave up on seeing the baby bears as did Sativa and Alice.  Later I told Amy over the phone about Dad and I’s bargain and she yells to David that they were going to bear world with us when we go. And all the other couples made the same barging. so I guess the whole family is going to Bear World this spring sometime.  We did get to visit with the kids and Bart and Peggy Ashby, Stacy’s parents. and we did get to see one of their shows the men put on. Then we all except Chet & Stacy went to Chili’s and had dinner. Dad’s treat. After that I took Sativa and Alice to Joann's Fabric and we picked out the fabric I needed to make our little Payton's blankets so they are ready when she gets here. Grant and the boys went to Cal Ranch. Then we met up at Hastings and each couple went their own way. All in all it was a nice day.

Had to put all three of these pictures in here, the first is the original I think it turned out great of my handsome son Chet. so I photoshoped the other two. I love Photography and when I get some good shots I have to share.
