Ben has been thinking a great deal about our little Gabe lately. we all miss him but I guess at times some miss him more than others, we all have our moments.  Ben expresses his feelings through music. he has never had guitar lessons and some of you may say it shows. but to me what he has done is beautiful music. He loves his sister so much as all my boys do and all their wives. and they express their love in different ways. Momma’s Love is not only an expression of Ben’s love for Amy and David and Gabe but a testimony in his belief in his Father in Heavens love, the love Gabe has for his family, and that Gabe still lives in a spirit world were we can not yet go, but will some day. We will see Gabe again.  That is one of the great truths of Christianity, and as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later day Saints I am so thankful that I and my family believe in  Forever Families. The Gospel of Jesus Christ brings us so much peace, joy, happiness, and love. I wish everyone in the world knew and understood what we believe.   Ben holding Gabe on Gabe’s blessing day.

For those of you out there that don’t believe in God or as we call him Father in Heaven, I feel sorry for you. you are denying yourselves a great opportunity to know and feel love from a Father who created you. who created a plan so that we all could learn to become like him. This world is hard at times and it is harder for some than for others. some of us make our own lives hard by our own choices. For others it’s the circumstances in which we were born that make it hard. But have no doubt, God is real. he loves all his children. Every single one. He knows and understands your hurts and pains, sorrows and joys.We didn’t come here from Heaven to have a great time. we came to learn and become as God is. Those who have greater sorrow will have greater Joy in the life to come. God is fair and just. and all things even out in the end. The saying what goes around comes around is so true. you may not see it in this life but in the next. if you’ve been good, caring, giving serving people then you will receive your reward. but if you are a good, caring, giving, serving, person then you already know the rewards for doing those things. but there are more rewards to come in the next life. if you are living your life for yourself, cheating your brothers and sisters here on earth. or have been given great blessings that your not willing to share. you too will receive your reward. But it wont be as pleasant as you have had it in this life. I think you will wish you had known your Father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ.
